Interactive Buddies were created by Thinkway Toys in 1999. They were part of the Toy Story and Toy Story 2 merchandise line. The most common were the Woody and Buzz figures. They were later remade in 2009- 2010 for Toy Story 3, this time with newer voices. The two that are out are Woody and Buzz Lightyear, the second pack has Woody and Jessie.
Oddly, they have blinking action. Some don't for a bizarre reason. (If I'm correct, that might be the Australian release of the packs).
